Wonders of Pregnancy

Hey all, For those of you who know me, you know I'm naturally emotional, however; pregnancy has exaggerated this x20. HA! I'm crying over ridiculous things such as a good play in football, someone winning Hell's Kitchen and simply just because. I am however; still crying at serious things so at least I'm kind of balanced. Praise God we're 15 weeks this week, other mommies tell me things are going to get easier which I'm sure they will but they haven't yet. Oh well, I welcome it all, love this baby so much! So grateful to God for him/her. Hope you all are well. Keep your eyes peeled, if I can stay not nauseous long enough I plan to try baking bread in a crock pot, should be interesting. Until next time  ; p.

Progression Pics

Well yay, it's out, no more secrets or lies, Praise you Jesus we've made it to 13 weeks and now the world knows about our precious little bundle of joy!! So like a first time mommy, I've taken many photos of my baby belly. The first two weeks there is no difference but starting week 7 you can see a little bump and now at 13 weeks people are asking me if there are two in there, haha. I would welcome two babies but we've only heard one heartbeat and the ultrasound only showed one little love. Here are some pics for comparison.

Our Little One

We went and saw my midwife today for the first time. I have had a million and half fears and moments of panic in the last 4 weeks and all were laid to rest today, we are measuring right on schedule. Baby Jacks is 8weeks 4 days with a awesome little heartbeat just going to town. Thank you God so much for this baby.

Moving

Image
Hey Everybody, So, I'm probably a little behind but wanted to let you all know that the Hubby has procured a job and we have found a house to rent and we are in the process of packing and moving. Not that my blog has been up-to-date but it will really be behind now. The apartment is looking more and more empty. Tim has graciously been doing the majority of the packing because I never knew such a little human could make me so exhausted and void of energy. We found a pretty little house in a great neighborhood, close-ish to hubby's new job.  Our new home, not our car in the driveway.

A Little Journey

Image
Hey All, So I'm going to take you on a little journey okay? May 8th-Mothers Day, I was feeling really down about still not being pregnant and I'm sad to say was pessimistic about it ever happening. God blessed me even in my grouchy state  through a prophetic word on mothers day, telling me that I was a mom-to be. I tried not to focus on that since that could still be months from now, went on my "merry" way. May 9th- At work, felt weird, a little nauseous and just "off". May 11th Aunt flo should be due in two days and no period signs at all. Hmmm... May 12th Some periods of nausea and dizziness and some decent breast tenderness which I NEVER get before my period. May 14th-I told myself I wasn't going to test for a week because my period could still be off from being on the pill but I couldn't help it, 6AM and shaking and pacing the hall way and this appeared.... I couldn't do anything except cry and thank God. Finally, we were pregnan...

My First Down and Out

Image
Hey Everybody, As is public knowledge, we're hoping to get pregnant soon and as such, I wanted to do a down and out of the Grand Canyon. Since that task seems pretty impossible pregnant, we decided to do it now. This will be a picture journey  :) Early morning, I'm very chilly in this pic The animals are not afraid of humans at all At the top, getting started :) The sign reads "DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS FULL HIKE IN ONE DAY" We didn't listen. Heading down, getting hot, already she my pants Even hotter, sweatshirt gone Scenery More Scenery Tourists taking pics mating squirrels Still going down In the tunnel Man my husband is a hottie  :) Lunch time in the grass River, dirty but a river nonetheless He made me look down because he knew it would scare me. Heading up from the bottom He was hoping I'd fall in, sorry to disappoint  Prettiness Just walking along, but wow was I hurting by now ...
