Sorry, need to rant.

Hello,

I had some of this typed out on my Facebook and then realized I was going on a rant and should probably just post it here.

My heart is so deeply saddened right now. I opened my page today to find a video of a live baby having it's brains cut out! How is this even remotely possible?!?!?! Planned Parenthood, I pray the righteous anger and justice of my God to avenge you. I know God loves them too and thank God He's God because I can't even believe what people will do for money. That is a living soul. I pray that God takes those poor babies to heaven before they are able to feel any pain! It seriously just sickens me.

The second thing topping my feed is Ashley Madison. Yes it is appalling and an absolute shock that some celebrities or heck even your own friends or co-workers emails are on there but can we talk frankly? Why in the world is there even a website like this. Their moto is "life is short. have an affair." Are you stinking kidding me?!??!? My hands are shaking as I write this because it's just atrocious. Marriage is so hard. So hard. I know you should remain faithful at all costs and some of us can be but some cannot. That website is a set up from the enemy. It bothers me where we live in a society that talks so much about the names on their and much less about the crime against marriage that it is. I've seen a bunch of articles stating that we are fighting for traditional marriage and why bother because of the thousands of people that were on this website. My heart is just sick, Sick, sick, sick. Life is short have an affair. Gah! I suppose I should thank God that this came to light. Sin loses it's power when we confront it and whether they wanted to or not or like it or not it's now public knowledge who was on there. I pray that God will take both of these impossible atrocities and recifity them for good. Okay, that's all, rant over.

Homemade Boppy Pillow

Okay, so for those of you who have looked at my registry, I did register for a boppy pillow but I also wanted to make one myself. I used material from an old cotton sheet we don't use anymore and can't help but wonder if store bought is better than homemade when it comes to this. Anywho, I figure if my pillow is just as good as store bought the registry one can always be returned and if my homemade one fails then I have a genuine boppy as well. Here goes nothing.... I printed out the pattern on the computer and had to tape the pattern together to make this. I got the pattern  here Fold your fabric, or sheet, in half, place pattern along folded side and cut two of the pattern out. Pin the two pieces together with RIGHT sides facing each other. Sew around edges, leaving opening for stuffing, I left my opening right in the middle but you can do whatever you want. Second Week, First Run and Spinach/Chicken Calzone

Ran yesterday, plan this week is to run 3 miles first two runs then 3.5 last run of the week. Nothing too interesting, ran 3 miles, went slowly at 5.6, went hiking with the hubby on Saturday with some decent pain in my knees and wanted to take it slow in case I was sore or something. Had pain all down my right side towards the end and after, not sure what to think of that. I have a known hip injury that flares up sometimes on my right side, we'll have to wait and see what happens. Plan for dinner tonight was spinach and chicken calzone. In and effort to be more healthy, I made the calzone crust with whole wheat. Easy recipe from eatingwell.com, whole wheat flour, yeast, H2O, honey and salt. Quickly threw this together then let it rise twice, very simple. For the filling the original recipe calls for cooking the chicken in the frying pain with a little EVOO. I changed it up a little, I slowly boiled the chicken then shredded the chicken with two forks, cooked onion and garlic
